Rod Stewart once sang the words, “Some guys have all the luck.” I think we’ve found the guy he was talking about.

A man from North Carolina was shocked after winning a $1 million jackpot with a scratch-off ticket, almost three years after winning the same amount back in 2018, UPI reports.

Max Bouldin of Trinity North Carolina told lottery officials that he wanted to see if he’d get lucky playing the $10 Jumbo Bucks scratch off ticket. He stopped by Tindale Mini Mart in Trinity, picked one up, and the inevitable happened.

He won again.

Bouldin said that he had a bit of déjà vu after scratching and winning the $1 million jackpot, since he had done the same with the Extreme Millions scratch off game back in 2018.

"I'm just shocked, I'm in awe. This is a one in a million chance,” he said.

The man decided to take the lump sum of $600,000, and will bring home about $424,503 after federal and state taxes.
