Coachella fans will have to wait a bit longer to return to the massively popular music festival.

The Coachella Valley Music and Art Festival has reportedly been postponed yet again and will now take place in April 2022, industry sources told Variety.

The Stagecoach Festival is also expected to move its date to the weekend following Coachella, as has typically been the case.

Goldenvoice, the company behind both Coachella and Stagecoach, did not respond to the outlet’s request for comment.

Should the latest delay become official, it would make it the fourth time both festivals have been postponed since the onset of the COVID pandemic.

While originally set to take place in April 2020, Coachella was first moved to October 2020. It was later postponed again to April 2021.

In January, California health officials pulled the plug on the festivals. While reports claimed the events had been moved to October 2021, promoters never confirmed a rescheduled date.

Currently, the official Coachella website doesn’t list any new timeframe for the festival.

The original 2020 lineup for Coachella included headliners Frank Ocean, Travis Scott, and the newly reunited Rage Against The Machine.
